About Parampara Prawn Masala

Watch out because this one is seriously addictive. Great with regular or king prawns - the fresher the better.

Cooking instructions

1. Whisk the entire content of the packet with 2.5 cups (375ml) of water in a cooking pan.

2. Add 400 to 450 g of cleaned medium sized prawns & cook the mixture until prawns are done (15-18 minutes).

3. Add 100 ml of thick coconut milk and cook till the gravy becomes thick (4-5 minutes). All Parampara products benefit from 50 years of their rich experience in producing authentic Indian Food.
