About Parampara Pav BhajiOriginated accidentally, Pav Bhaji is medley of spiced and mashed vegetables - this dish has the goodness of assorted mashed vegetables blended in a delicious aromatic gravy. Garnished with fresh coriander, onions and a dash of butter, this preparation finds perfection when coupled with pav (buttered bread). Pav Bhaji is ready in minutes when this packet is combined with vegetables and water. Can be prepared on stove top or with pressure cooker.Cooking instructions1. Take 500g of cut vegetables (potato, capsicum, cauliflower florets and green peas) and 4 cups (600ml) of water in a cooking pan. Simmer on a low heat for about 30 minutes. Mash the cooked vegetables in its remaining water.2. Whisk the entire content of this packet with 1 cup (150ml) of water & 100g of tomatoes puree to form a smooth mixture. Saute this mixture in 25g of butter in a frying pan, till the oil separates. 3. Add the mashed vegetables and stir well. Serve, garnish with butter, chopper onions 7 coriander leaves.
