You can vary by substituting other ingredients in place of the lamb and adjusting the cooking time. For example, use an equal quantity of beef or veal, a 3-pound skinned and cut chicken, 1½ pounds shelled and deveined shrimp, or 1¼ pounds mixed vegetables, such as cauliflower, potatoes, and carrots.Cooking instructions1. Take 400g of lamb, entir contents of this packet and 3 cups (450ml.) of water in a cooking pan. Mix iw well.2. Cover with a lid and cook for about 40 minutes until the lamb is tender. Tip. Top-up with hot water while cooking if necessary as the cooking time and water quantity depends upon the quality of the lamb.
