About Goan Cafreal Paste

Cafreal is a spicy chicken preparation, consumed widely in the goa. The dish originated from the portuguese colonies in the african continent. It was introduced into the goan cusine by the portuguese.

Chefs tips

Great with Chicken, Fish, Prawns, Lamb or veg try on the barbecues.

Non veg recipe

Dice 500g of chicken add 3 tbsp of olde goa cafreal paste and let it marinate for 1 hour. Shallow fry in oil over low heat for 15 min, till it starts to brown or grill in the oven at 200 degrees for 25 mins till golden brown. Serve with fries salad and lime wedges.
