Hello, my name is Savio and I run Purity Trading. I'm passionate about taking Purity Trading to the public and so I've developed this easy to use website to bring you the very best curry spice mix India has to offer.

Purity Trading supplies over 400 deli shops (including Partridges and Shepherds) throughout the UK. We also distribute to over 225 butcher shops, farm shops and over 250 local supermarkets including budgens. We have recently extended our distribution to Ireland and Scotland (Real Foods Health Food Store). We also supply to 1400 health food shops through ‘Tree of Life’

Purity Trading has made the art of traditional cooking simpler and has achieved what many others could not, a spice mix which does not compromise on authenticity and is natural in every way. Every spice used is whole not powdered. The ingredients are ground into a paste using traditional Indian methods. All ingredients are Natural; there is no MSG, No Gluten, No Colouring or Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat in the product. The ingredients are always grown locally and selected individually for their flavour. All you need is water, vegetables and dairy (optional). No need for oil and salt, it is already included.

Purity Trading Ltd is owned by Savio Azaredo, who after 15 years as a sales executive decided to start the business in order to pursue his passion for food. The company is a family run business that has been trading for several years and is going from strength to strength.

Purity Trading partakes in a lot of shows, for example, the BBC Good Food Show, Grand Design, Ideal Home Show, Taste of London, The vitality show as well as local food festivals .
